Assuming there are more than one online class for more than one child in a household, it is important for each child to purchase all of these devices, but in the current situation where the average household does not have the resources to purchase these devices, The risk has increased that economically disadvantaged students will be further away from education due to this new online method.
The biggest concern is that our teachers are completely unfamiliar with modern technology. Having been associated with the traditional education system for a long time, it is now a very difficult task for them to adapt their course to the digital requirements and to teach in front of the camera, which is a very urgent and urgent need to learn. Online classes require both money and time. It is the responsibility of the school administration to facilitate online classes for their teachers so that they can save both time and money but unfortunately this can only be imagined and not acted upon.

کرونا وائرس COVID-19 کے باعث پاکستان سمیت دنیا بھر میں تعلیمی اداروں کی بندش کے سبب بچوں کی تعلیم پر گہرا اثر پڑا ہے۔ امتحانات کے بغیر کچھ سیکھے، سمجھے بغیر اگلی کلاس میں پروموٹ ہوجانا پریشان کن بات تو ہے مگر اس وائرس نے بچوں کی تعلیم کو بہت متاثر کیا ہے۔
تعلیمی شعبہ جات میں آج کل آن لائن کلاسز کا رحجان کافی بڑھ چکا ہے اور طلبہ و طالبات کمپیوٹر یا موبائل کے ذریعے آن لائن کالاسز کا حصہ بنتے ہیں جس میں کلاس کی حاضری، ٹیسٹ، لیکچرز اور ہوم ورک تمام چیزیں شامل ہوجاتی ہیں۔
ویسے تو آن لائن کلاسز کے ذریعے تعلیم حاصل کرنے کا رواج پوری دنیا میں پہلے سے ہی موجود تھا لیکن پاکستان بھر کے طلبہ کے لئے تدریس کا یہ ایک بالکل نیا طریقہ ہے جس کے لئے نہ تو ہمارے اساتذہ تیار تھے اور نہ ہی طالب علم، بلکہ ہمارا تو انفرااسٹرکچر بھی اس قابل نہیں ہے کہ ہم اس جدید طرز تعلیم کو برداشت کر سکیں، نہ ہی ہم جدید ٹیکنالوجی سے ہم آہنگ ہیں اور نہ تیز ترین انٹرنیٹ کی سہولت ہر گھر میں موجود ہے۔
دیہی علاقوں میں بہت سے طلبہ آن لائن تعلیم سے محروم رہ جاتے ہیں کیونکہ ان کے پاس نہ تو انٹرنیٹ کی سہولت موجود ہوتی ہے اور 3 جی اور 4 جی کی سہولت بھی بمشکل میسّر ہوتی ہے۔ اور کئی بار علاقوں میں بجلی غائب ہونے کی وجہ سے طالبعلموں کو شدید مشکلات کا سامنا کرنا پڑتا ہوگا۔ لیکن شہری علاقوں میں تو پھر کسی حد تک اس نئے تعلیمی طریقہ کار پر عمل کیا جاسکتا ہے۔
آن لائن کلاسوں کے لئے ایک اچھا کمپیوٹر، کیمرا، ہیڈ فون، مائیک اور سب سے ضروری تیز رفتار انٹرنیٹ درکار ہوتا ہے، اب تیز انٹرنیٹ اور مذکورہ آلات ہر گھر میں موجود نہیں ہوتے اور موجود ہیں بھی تو تعداد میں ایک ایک ہیں۔ بالفرض ایک گھر میں ایک سے زیادہ بچوں کی آن لائن کلاسیں ہوں تو ہر ایک بچے کے لیے یہ سارے آلات خریدنا ضروری ہیں لیکن موجودہ حالات میں جہاں ایک متوسط گھرانے کے لیے ان آلات کو خریدنے کے لئے وسائل دستیاب نہیں ہیں، تو اس بات کا خطرہ بڑھ گیا ہے کہ معاشی طور پر پسماندہ طالب علم اس نئے آن لائن طریقے کے باعث تعلیم سے مزید دُور ہوجائیں گے۔
سب سے زیادہ تشویش کی بات تو یہ ہے کہ ہمارے اساتذہ جدید ٹیکنالوجی سے مکمل طور پر ناواقف ہیں۔ کئی عرصہ دراز سے روایتی نظامِ تعلیم سے منسلک ہونے کے سبب اب ان کے لے اپنے کورس کو ڈیجیٹل تقاضوں کے مطابق ڈھالنا اور کیمرے کے سامنے تعلیم دینا ایک نہایت مشکل کام ہے جسے سیکھنے کی سخت اور فوری ضرورت ہے۔یہ بات بھی درست ہے کہ آن لائن کلاسز کے لئے پیسہ اور وقت دونوں درکار ہیں۔ اسکول انتظامیہ کی یہ ذمہ داری بنتی ہے کہ وہ اپنے اساتزہ کو آن لائن کلاسوں کے لئے سہولت فراہم کریں جس سے ان کے وقت اور پیسے دونوں محفوظ رہ سکیں مگر افسوس کہ ایسا صرف سوچا ہی جا سکتا ہے عمل ہوتا دکھائی نہیں دینا۔
اسکول انتظامیہ کو چاہئے کہ وہ اپنے اساتذہ کو نہ صرف فوری طور پر کمپیوٹر اور دیگر آلات کی سہولت فراہم کریں بلکہ ان کو استعمال کرنے کے حوالے سے مختلف تربیتی پروگراموں کا بھی بندوبست کریں۔
لیکن حالات جس طرف جا رہے ہیں ان کو دیکھتے ہوئے یہ اندازہ لگانا مشکل نہیں کہ والدین اور اساتذہ کے لئے یہ مشکل آزمائش بہت جلد ختم ہونے والی نہیں۔ اس لئے آن لائن کلاسوں کے لئے ہمیں بچوں کو مکمل طور پر کمپیوٹر، موبائل اور انٹرنیٹ کے استعمال کی آزادی دینے کی ضرورت ہے جو شاید ہمارے بچوں کے مستقبل کے لئے بہتر ثابت نہ ہو۔
کورونا وائرس COVID-19 کے اس دور میں ہمیں اپنی مدد آپ کے تحت اپنی تعلیمی ضروریات کے حصول کے لئے کوشش کرنی ہوگی.
1. اگر گھر میں ایک سے زائد بچے ہیں اور لیپ ٹاپ صرف ایک ہے تو اس کا حل یہ ہوسکتا ہے کہ کچھ بچے موبائل سے اپنے اسکول کا ہوم ورک کرسکتے ہیں اور کچھ لیپ ٹاپ پر پڑھنے کا انتظام کرلیں۔
. جن گھروں میں بچے زیادہ ہیں اور لیپ ٹاپ یا کمپیوٹر کی سہولت موجود نہیں تو وہ موبائل سے ڈیجیٹل آن لائن کلاسز لے سکتے ہیں۔ کیونکہ موبائل ہر کسی کے پاس اپنا ہوتا ہے تو یہ بھی ایک بہتر طریقہ ہوسکتا ہے۔
3. گھر میں ایک سے زائد بچے ہیں اور انٹرنیٹ اور بجلی بھی موجود نہیں تو آپ 3 جی یا 4 جی کی سہولت سے فائدہ اٹھا سکتے ہیں۔
4. آپ یہ طریقہ بھی اپنا سکتے ہیں کہ آن لائن کلاسز کے لئے وقت کا انتخاب کرلیں کہ صبح آپ کے چند بچے کلاسز میں شرکت کرلیں اور کچھ بچے شام کی کلاسز کا حصہ بن جائیں۔
5. اسی طرح آپ ہفتے میں دنوں کا انتخاب بھی کرسکتے ہیں کہ شروعات کے دو دن گھر کے چند بچے آن لائن کلاسز میں شرکت کرلیں اور اگلے دو دن باقی بچے کلاسز کے لئے آن لائن آجائیں۔
