پاکستان کرکٹ بورڈ نے دورہ انگلینڈ کے لیے 20 رکنی سکواڈ اور 11 سپورٹ سٹاف کے اراکین کے ناموں کا اعلان کر دیا ہے جبکہ ابتدا کورونا وائرس سے متاثرہ 10 کھلاڑیوں میں سے چھ کے ٹیسٹ بھی منفی آ گئے ہیں۔
سکواڈ کا اعلان ان تمام اراکین کے دوسری مرتبہ کورونا وائرس ٹیسٹ منفی آنے کے بعد کیا گیا ہے۔
قومی سکواڈ اتوار کی صبح ایک خصوصی چارٹرڈ پرواز کے ذریعے مانچسٹر روانہ ہو گا جہاں اسے اگست اور ستمبر کے مہینوں میں میزبان انگلینڈ کے خلاف تین ٹیسٹ اور تین ٹی ٹوئنٹی میچوں پر مشتمل سیریز کھیلنی ہے۔
پہلے مرحلے میں جن 10 کھلاڑیوں کے کورونا وائرس ٹیسٹ مثبت آئے تھے ان میں سے فخر زمان، محمد حسنین، محمد حفیظ، محمد رضوان، شاداب خان اور وہاب ریاض کے ٹیسٹ منفی آئے ہیں۔ ان چھ کھلاڑیوں کے آئندہ ہفتے دوبارہ ٹیسٹ کیے جائیں گے۔
تاہم حیدر علی، حارث رؤف ، کاشف بھٹی اور عمران خان کے ٹیسٹ دوسری مرتبہ بھی مثبت آئے ہیں۔
خیال رہے کہ پہلے مرحلہ میں کورونا وائرس ٹیسٹ مثبت آنے والے محمد حفیظ نے ایک نجی لیب سے اگلے ہی روز اپنا ٹیسٹ کروا لیا تھا جو منفی آیا تھا، تاہم انھیں بھی فی الحال سکواڈ کا حصہ نہیں بنایا گیا۔
اس حوالے سے ردِ عمل دیتے ہوئے پاکستان کرکٹ بورڈ کے چیف ایگزیکٹو وسیم خان نے کہا کہ مجھے معلوم ہے کہ محمد حفیظ اور وہاب ریاض نے پی سی بی کی دوسری ٹیسٹنگ سے قبل ذاتی طور پر اپنی ٹیسٹنگ کروائی اور اس کے باوجود کے ان کے ٹیسٹ منفی ہیں۔
’تاہم پی سی بی ٹیسٹنگ پروگرام کے تحت ان کا ایک مثبت اور ایک منفی ٹیسٹ آیا، لہٰذا انگلینڈ روانگی کے لیے انتظامات سے قبل انھیں پی سی بی ٹیسٹنگ پروگرام کے تحت مزید ایک مرتبہ منفی ٹیسٹ دینا ہو گا۔‘
حیدر علی، حارث رؤف ، کاشف بھٹی اور عمران خان کے ٹیسٹ دوسری مرتبہ بھی مثبت آئے ہیں
انھوں نے مزید کہا کہ وہ پیچھے رہ جانے والے کھلاڑیوں کو مکمل یقین دلاتے ہیں کہ پی سی بی ان کے ساتھ مکمل تعاون کرے گا اور اس قرنطینہ کے وقت میں پی سی بی ان کی مکمل نگرانی جاری رکھے گا۔
انھوں نے کہا کہ یہ سمجھنے کی بھی ضرورت ہے کہ ان تمام کھلاڑیوں میں کوئی علامات نہیں تھیں جس کا مطلب ہے کہ ان کی جلد مکمل تندرستی کے امکانات بہت زیادہ ہیں۔
'جیسے ہی ان کھلاڑیوں کے ٹیسٹ کے نتائج دو مرتبہ منفی آئیں گے ویسے ہی یہ انگلینڈ میں دوبارہ اسکواڈ کو جوائن کرلیں گے۔'
سکواڈ کے ساتھ روحیل نذیر اور محمد موسیٰ کو بھی روانہ کیا جا رہا ہے جبکہ سیریز کی تیاریوں کےدوران ظفر گوہر ٹیم کا حصہ بنیں گے۔ ظفر گوہر کو صرف میچوں سے قبل تیاریوں کے لیے سکواڈ میں شامل کیا گیا ہے۔
مانچسٹر پہنچنے کے بعد قومی سکواڈ وورسٹر شائر روانہ ہو گا جہاں انگلینڈ اینڈ ویلز کرکٹ بورڈ کے زیر اہتمام کھلاڑیوں کی ٹیسٹنگ کی جائے گی۔
اس دوران قومی اسکواڈ 14 روز تک قرنطینہ میں گزاریں گے تاہم یہاں انھیں پریکٹس اور ٹریننگ کی اجازت ہو گی۔ اس کے بعد قومی ٹیم 13 جولائی کو ڈربی شائر روانہ ہو جائے گی جہاں یہ دو پریکٹس میچ کھیلے گی۔
دورہ انگلینڈ کے روانہ ہونے والے سکواڈ میں کپتان اظہر علی اور نائب کپتان بابر اعظم کے علاوہ اسد شفیق، فہیم اشرف، فواد عالم، افتخار احمد، عماد وسیم، امام الحق، خوشدل شاہ، محمد عباس، موسیٰ خان، نسیم شاہ، روحیل نذیر، سرفراز احمد، شاہین شاہ آفریدی، شا ن مسعود، سہیل خان، عثمان شنواری اور یاسر شاہ شامل ہیں۔
اس کے علاوہ ٹیم کے ساتھ 11 رکنی سٹاف بھی روانہ ہو رہا ہے جن میں ہیڈ کوچ مصباح الحق، بیٹنگ کوچ یونس خان، سپن بولنگ کوچ مشتاق احمد اور ٹیم مینیجر منصور رانا سمیت دیگر شامل ہیں۔
کلف ڈیکن اور وقار یونس بالترتیب جنوبی افریقہ اور آسٹریلیا سے انگلینڈ میں ٹیم کو جوائن کریں گے جبکہ شعیب ملک کی 24 جولائی کو انگلینڈ روانگی متوقع ہے۔
سپورٹس سائنسز کے ماہرین اور برطانوی حکومت کے قوانین کے مطابق پی سی بی کے ٹیسٹنگ کے عمل کے دوران سکواڈ میں شامل جن اراکین کے ٹیسٹ مثبت آئے وہ اتوار کو سفر نہیں کر سکیں گے تاہم جونہی ان کے دو منفی ٹیسٹ آئیں گے تو انھیں انگلینڈ بھیج دیا جائے گا۔
چار ریزرو کھلاڑیوں کے کوویڈ 19 ٹیسٹ بدھ کو ہوئے تھے۔ ان میں سے عمران بٹ کا ٹیسٹ مثبت جبکہ بلال آصف، محمد نواز اور موسیٰ خان کے ٹیسٹ منفی آئے ہیں۔
سکواڈ سے متعلق بات کرتے ہوئے وسیم خان نے کہا کہ انھیں خوشی ہے کہ ایک غیرمعمولی عمل کے بعد 20 کھلاڑیوں اور ٹیم منیجمنٹ کے 11 اراکین اتوار کو مانچسٹر روانگی کے لیے دستیاب ہیں۔
تشعیب ملک کی 24 جولائی کو انگلینڈ روانگی متوقع ہے
انھوں نے کہا کہ کیسز کی تعداد میں اضافے اور کچھ کھلاڑیوں کے علاقوں میں ٹیسٹ لیب کی عدم دستیابی کے باوجود پی سی بی کے میڈیکل پینل نے اس عمل کو مکمل انجام تک پہنچانے کے لیے ایک اچھا کام کیا ہے۔

Pakistan tour of England: 20-member Pakistan squad announced, corona virus test negative for six of 10 affected players
The Pakistan Cricket Board has announced the names of 20-member squad and 11 support staff members for the tour of England, while initially six of the 10 players infected with the corona virus also tested negative.
The squad was announced after all the members tested negative for the second time.
The national squad will fly to Manchester on a special chartered flight on Sunday morning to play a series of three Tests and three T20I matches against hosts England in August and September.
Out of the 10 players who tested positive for corona virus in the first phase, Fakhr Zaman, Mohammad Hasnain, Mohammad Hafeez, Mohammad Rizwan, Shadab Khan and Wahab Riaz tested negative. The six players will be tested again next week.
However, the tests of Haider Ali, Haris Rauf, Kashif Bhatti and Imran Khan have come positive for the second time.
It may be recalled that Muhammad Hafeez, who tested positive for corona virus in the first phase, had his test done the next day by a private lab which tested negative, but he too has not been included in the squad at present.
Reacting in this regard, Pakistan Cricket Board Chief Executive Wasim Khan said, "I know that Mohammad Hafeez and Wahab Riaz did their personal testing before the second test of the PCB and despite their tests Are negative
"However, they had one positive and one negative test under the PCB testing program, so they will have to take one more negative test under the PCB testing program before making arrangements to leave for England."
Haider Ali, Haris Rauf, Kashif Bhatti and Imran Khan have tested positive for the second time
He further said that he assured the players who were left behind that the PCB would extend full cooperation to them and the PCB would continue to monitor them during this quarantine period.
"It also needs to be understood that not all of these athletes had any symptoms, which means that their chances of a full recovery are very high," he said.
"As soon as the test results of these players are negative twice, they will rejoin the squad in England."
Rohail Nazir and Mohammad Musa are also being sent with the squad while Zafar Gohar will be part of the team during the preparations for the series. Zafar Gohar has only been included in the squad for pre-match preparations.
Upon arrival in Manchester, the national squad will leave for Worcestershire, where players will be tested under the auspices of the England and Wales Cricket Board.
During this time, the national squad will spend 14 days in quarantine, but they will be allowed to practice and train here. The national team will then leave for Derbyshire on July 13 to play two practice matches.
Apart from captain Azhar Ali and vice-captain Babar Azam, Asad Shafiq, Fahim Ashraf, Fawad Alam, Iftikhar Ahmed, Emad Wasim, Imam-ul-Haq, Khushdal Shah, Muhammad Abbas, Musa Khan, Naseem Shah and Rohail Nazir were included in the squad for the tour of England. , Sarfraz Ahmed, Shaheen Shah Afridi, Shaun Masood, Sohail Khan, Usman Shinwari and Yasir Shah.
Besides, an 11-member staff is also leaving with the team, including head coach Misbah-ul-Haq, batting coach Younis Khan, spin bowling coach Mushtaq Ahmed and team manager Mansoor Rana among others.
Cliff Deacon and Waqar Younis will join the team in England from South Africa and Australia respectively, while Shoaib Malik is expected to leave for England on July 24.
